1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DC Bridge ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

DC Bridge provides a WhatsApp Direct Connect bridge service that enables CRM platforms to integrate with WhatsApp Web via REST API and webhooks.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or in violation of WhatsApp's Terms of Service. Automated messaging must comply with WhatsApp's policies.

4. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. Abuse may result in account suspension. Message sending follows safety warm-up schedules to protect your WhatsApp number.

5. Data Handling

DC Bridge does not store message content. Media is downloaded, base64-encoded, and forwarded via webhook. Signal protocol credentials are stored encrypted in the database.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

7. Limitation of Liability

DC Bridge is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for WhatsApp account bans, message delivery failures, or service interruptions.
